Sirloin Steak with Lobster Vodka and Cream Sauce
Sirloin Steak butterflied.
Spinach
Roasted Red Peppers
Lobster Tails
Salt and Pepper

Layer spinach, peppers and lobster meat on steak. Roll up. Place in pan and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 375 for 45-50 minutes. While that is cooking prepare the sauce.

Lobster Vodka and Cream Sauce
Garlic
Butter
2 or 3 Pieces of Lobsters
Salt and Pepper
Vodka
Heavy Cream

Simmer 4-5 minutes.
