3/4 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
½ ounce of fresh yeast available at most grocery stores in the refrigerated section
(or 1 envelope active dry yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar)
2 cups (or more) all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

Margarita Pizza

1- 16 inch pizza dough (available at The Pizza Kitchen)
¾ cup marinara sauce
¾ cup mozzarella cheese – shredded
6 oz. fresh Mozzarella cheese – sliced (available at The Pizza Kitchen)
8 Fresh basil leaves
2 oz. grated Romano cheese
1- pinch coarse ground black pepper
1- pinch oregano
1 oz. olive oil
