Linguini Posillipo

1 tablespoon of butter
1 chopped plum tomato
1 chopped small zucchini
4 fresh clams
4 shrimp
4 oz. sherry wine
3 oz. vegetable stock
4 oz. heavy cream
First, simmer the butter. Then add chopped tomato, zucchini, clams and shrimp. Add the sherry wine and vegetable stock. Cover until the clams cook. Pour in the heavy cream. Cook pasta al dente. Then, add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Buon Appetito.
