Linguine in a Garlic Clam Sauce 
serves four 

Ingredients; 
1 pound Linguine (Bella Vita or Baronia Brand)  
3 large cloves of garlic Sliced  
½ cup extra virgin olive oil (Frantoia Brand)
1 10oz can of whole baby clams (Cento Brand)
Pinch of oregano  
Salt and red pepper flakes to taste

Pasta; follow the directions on the side of the box till al dente less 1 minute.

Heat a frying pan on medium heat add the olive oil, when the oil is hot add the sliced garlic wait for the garlic to turn golden brown and add the clams, Oregano, salt and hot pepper cook for 2 to 3 minutes until clams are heated though. When the sauce and pasta are done combine them in the frying pan for a minute or so to allow the sauce to be absorbed by the pasta serve immediately.
