CHICKEN VODKA BLANCA
8 ounces chicken breast
1 whole canned artichoke, cut in half
¾ cup heavy cream
1 ounce vodka
½ roasted red pepper, sliced
parmesan cheese
2 slices prosciutto, torn
salt and pepper
butter
flour
Flour and saute chicken breast in butter. Add salt and pepper. Add the vodka and then the heavy cream. Reduce. Then add prosciutto, roasted red pepper and artichoke. Finish with parmesan cheese.
