Caramlized Onion Pie:
Cut 2-3 medium sized Spanish Onions length wise.
Place in pan with a small amount of olive oil.
Cook until they begin to soften and turn brown (caramalized).
Add 2 -3 tbsp of sugar as the onions cook.
Prepare pizza dough.
Drizzle olive oil on dough.
Apply Mozzarella cheese.
Add onions and garlic.
Cook 9-12 min. until done @ 450-500 deg. depending on your oven.
Remove from oven with 2-3 min. to go and spread fresh Parmesan cheese - place back in oven.
A tasty variation is to add italian sweet sausage with the onion on the pie.
