PORFIRIO'S RICOTTA CAVATELLI with Broccoli 
 
fresh broccoli - 1 head 
*Porfirio's Ricotta Cavatelli - 1 lb bag 
*Pecorino Romano cheese - 6 oz 
*LaFede extra virgin olive oil - 4 oz 
salt & pepper - TT 
garlic - 2 cloves 
 
1. Steam broccoli until just tender. 
2. Cook cavatelli in boiling salted water until Al dente.  
3. Toss pasta with remaining ingredients.
